BRP US Inc HR Business Partner in Gunskirchen, Austria

Your tasks will be:

  • to be a competent contact partner for all managers
  • to lead a team
  • to be responsible for compensation and benefits
  • to optimize HR strategy and processes and to adapt them to changing requirements
  • to use a wide range of HR instruments in order to reach the company‚Äôs objectives
  • to work in close cooperation with the local and international HR team (personnel development, recruiting, payroll accounting and personnel administration)

Your qualifications should be:

  • completed college studies (ideally with a focus on HR Management)
  • five years (minimum) of professional experience in a relevant position, incl. management responsibilities
  • experience with international corporations and knowledge of modern HR tools
  • excellent knowledge of labor and social law and good knowledge of payroll accounting
  • robust negotiating skills in English
  • sound knowledge of EDP applications (MS Office, SAP)
  • high affinity for numbers
  • strong social competence, wit, discreetness, commitment and loyalty
  • readiness to travel

Annual (gross) salary: approximately EUR 85,000. Possible pay increases depend on professional qualifications and experience.
