The Communication team supports Distributed Power’s success by connecting its people and promoting its products and solutions. We do so by driving a common, clear understanding among all our stakeholders, by promoting and protecting the business and the brand with communications that inform and inspire our people and drive desired customer behavior. The successful candidate will utilize enthusiasm and energy to solve problems, develop & execute objectives for yourself and others, and have the opportunity to grow as part of a bigger team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a global organization & environment. The intern assignment is scheduled for 6 months. The Possible starting date for this internship is in July 2017
The scope of this role focuses primarily on:
Sponsorship and Corporate Citizenship Programs and Workflows
Collateral updates and management
Managing Media Clippings
Creating Purchase Orders
Finance Coordination e.g. Invoicing
Event / trade show support and recaps
University placement (relevant studies like Communications, Marketing, Management, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Ability to multi task
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team player with ambition to grow in Marketing / Communications
Attention to detail and willingness to achieve challenging deadlines
Fluent in English and German
A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 1917.18 gross monthly.
