Demand and Fulfillment Analyst (m/f)

50% part-time, 1 year contract

You will be part of a wider Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) function. You will contribute to deliver best-in-class service in the most efficient way and to have the right products, at the right time, and with the right quantity and quality on the shelf.

Your challenge:

  • Support the Market Demand Planning Team

  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of service management information between Markets and the Supply Hubs and Transport Department through correct daily & weekly Service Reporting

  • Provide insights to Daily and Weekly service management processes through Service reporting analysis, and propose actions to avoid immediate Service Risks

  • Analyze root causes to incurred service delivery failures

  • Support Demand Planning Team in delivering forecast performance

  • Deliver flawless cross-team process execution through Ageing stock management, Master Data management and systems administration.

  • Reduce and mitigate Ageing Stock and Waste risks by following up on execution of local mitigation actions as agreed with Sales / Customer Service Function

  • Ensure accurate and timely creation for Co-Manufacturing Purchase Orders

To be successful in this role we need you to bring in return:

  • Previous experience in Demand or Supply Chain, Supply Planning or Product Change Management as well as relevant higher education

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Good time management skills

  • Able to gather, manipulate and interpret data, solve problems and establish priorities

  • Advanced MS Excel

  • Fluent English is a must

  • Very good working knowledge of German would be a stron asset

  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 or APO or BI/BW
