Nuance Product Manager/Owner (Work from home/Flexible working) in Vienna, Austria

Healthcare international leverages Nuance products and services to grow international markets in EMEA and Asia Pacific. Working closely with the Senior Manager and Director of Product Mgmt for International, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of key features and capabilities, delivered in an agile environment. You will be responsible for managing, publishing and evangelizing your product roadmap working with the other product managers. You will also be responsible for conducting market analysis that help drive requirements and deliver innovative solutions that delight our end customers, including evaluating customer insights, drive product launch activities.

  • Experience in requirements gathering and building collaborative relationships with business clients

  • Experience liaising cross-functionally to drive execution of product plans and technical roadmaps for multiple applications; develops and sets product go-to-market strategies

  • Extensive experience articulating overall offering and ROI to the client Management

  • Proven ability motivating and building capabilities within cross functional teams


  • Bachelor’s degree

    B2B product management experience in the software, tech, or healthcare industries

  • 2+ years of demonstrated, successful product management

  • Background in healthcare technology highly desired, and previous experience in with EMR/EHR systems desired.

    Experience in c technology spaces (SaaS, Cloud, computing platforms, DBs) desired

  • Experience developing robust, customer-centric product and service requirements using Agile methodolgy, Confluence, JIRA or similar tools and processes

  • Excellent relationship skills, able to build rapport quickly and easily with domain experts

Preferred Skills:

  • MBA or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or similar field or equivalent related experience

  • 2+ years leading product teams

  • Experience in speech recognition, natural language processing, and or machine learning

  • A zeal for metrics/analysis to deliver on business objectives

  • Demonstrated history in creative/big thinking that resulted in revenue

  • Ability to create, understand, and justify financial business cases: TAM, SAM, SOM and other market-based metrics is preferred

  • Ability to understand financial performance metrics: bookings revenues, margin
