Currently we are looking for a new team member to join our team in Vienna as a Client Account Manager!

Responsibility for relationship with highly reputable agents (partners providing our services to final customers) in the banking and retail sector
Counselling of customers to manage the international environment and multiple stakeholders behind the Western Union infrastructure to ensure a flawless offering of our service and the development of our network and products
Negotiating and rolling out of complex IT and compliance projects, new products and channels in alignment with the agents, in accordance with the corporate strategy, ensuring the involvement of key stakeholders within the organisation from various departments
Development of the existing business and utilizing marketing knowledge and analysis to back up these efforts
Signing and enrolling new agents in the Western Union network in Austria to grow our network
Negotiating and renewing existing contracts to improved terms for Western Union
Reporting and regular presentations externally to the customer and internally to senior management
Planning and controlling, management of quality of your accounts
Developing insight on segment, market and competitor activity in the region
Responsibility for all KPIs in the Austrian market
Close interaction with Marketing, IT, Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance
What you will needto succeed:
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels through your customers organization and our international and interdisciplinary team
Trustworthy and reliable personality that easily creates bonds with our partners
Strong service orientation, hands-on mentality and willingness to solve operational problems
Proven track sales records & experience with selling products or services to IT, insurance, banking or telecommunication Key Accounts, ideally with an existing portfolio/network of contacts
Logical approach to planning process as well as attention to detail and follow through
Experience in working with and managing relationships with Agents
Strong presentation skills
Ability and flexibility in working on complex tasks in an international organisation
