Consumer Insights (CI) CE is responsible to develop and leverage consumer, shopper and market understanding and turn these into business implications and recommendations for all relevant countries in the region, with shared accountability for growth and delivery of business results.

The Senior CI Analyst reports to the Senior CI Manager Central Europe Lead and is a direct interface to sales and marketing functions and helps them to formulate effective strategies. The role conducts market share analysis and post-launch (e.g. NPD tracker), supports building annual situation analysis to make sure performance of Mondelez and its competitors leads to effective strategy implementation.

The complex scope of responsibilities is also including managing research processes (planning, contacting suppliers, developing tools, etc.) and delivering timely, insightful and actionable recommendations to business partners to support decision-making.

The Senior CI Analyst contributes to the identification of business information needs for the assigned brand/ category/ area and is responsible for addressing such needs with the appropriate research methodologies.

In addition, the Senior CI Analyst helps translating complex data and insights and effective communication to (senior) management.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven person who has:

  • University degree in Social Science, Business Administration or Marketing

  • Experience working in a commercial area (preferably FMCG) as well as extensive expertise of market research

  • Cross-country experience, demonstrated ability to work across cultures, and in remote teams

  • Highly developed analytical skills combined with the ability to identify synergies and synthesize data from different sources

  • Sound experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders outside and inside of the organization (external agencies) and proven track record in dealing with ambiguity

  • Ability to see the big picture and create holistic view of brand performance

  • Fluent in written English and German

Annual gross salary for Austria: starting from 67.000 € (above the collective bargaining agreement), significant overpayment according to skills and experience. As a multinational company we can offer you on top attractive social benefits.
