We’re seeking an Intern for two months duration to be based in our Vienna office.

As an Intern you will support the Financial Crime Team and support Compliance and overall Bank projects.

The tasks will include:

Supporting the project “holistic customer view” - Unterstützung für ein Kundenprojekt

Scanning WU.com post – Unterstützung bei der Verarbeitung von Kundendaten aus diversen EU Ländern

Support the cleanup of WUBS data and customer base list - Unterstüztung der Datenbankaufarbeitung

Supported the collection of data for WUBS reporting Unterstüztung der Datensammlung für WUBS Kunden

Support coordinative and administrative tasks for the Compliance Department – Unterstützung koordinativer und administrativer Aufgaben des Compliance Departments

Qualifications:

Experience in Compliance in an international banking/financial environment

High School Degree

Law Student or equivalent education

Strong analytical skills and innovative problem solving skills

Fluency in English and preferably German

AML/CFT Compliance and Fraud prevention knowledge

High level of oral and written communication skills

Technical acumen in Internet technologies

Basic knowledge of web information architecture and design concepts

Ability to establish and build internal and external relationships

Tact and diplomacy as well as ability to understand foreign cultures

Ability to work in a changing environment with multiple priorities

Ability to work efficiently in a multicultural environment

Knowledge of money transfer and bank compliance rules as well as applicable banking regulations and the regulatory framework in Austria (FMA) is a distinct advantage
