Within Atos Managed Services, Technology Transformation Services (TTS) is a strategic business for answering to the growing market-demand on digital transformation in the IT-environment. We support our customers in their business transformation towards new digital business-models. As a “start-up” business, specific focus needs to be put on the TTS go-to-market model and delivery model in order to meet the high-growth projections for TTS.
The TTS Dedicated Senior Sales is responsible for achieving the sales targets as set by the TTS management. The TTS Dedicated Senior Sales reports directly to the head of TTS in Austria and has a functional reporting line to the head of GBU TTS Sales. He/she is responsible for generating the TTS business.
He/she must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of datacentre transformation, application platforming, workplace migrations and IT service integration. He/she has an extensive network in other companies which allows him/her to gain access to key decision makers in order to facilitate deal generation. He/she is able to approach potential new customers with the aim of winning new business; TTS Dedicates sales work to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
• Delivery of the TTS sales results compared to the sales-budget for Austria (Order Entry (OE), External Revenue (ER) )• Rollout of the sales-plan according to the sales-go-to-market model and according to the TTS global strategy• Identifies, develop and responds to opportunities inside target-customers• Manages the relationship with other sales-organizations in ATOS (MS Client Management, Markets) and with Partners to ensure realization of the sales targets through other sales channels• Initiate projects to generate sales-leads in cooperation with business development and marketing• Ensure that TTS bids to customers are delivered• Ensure that the sales-pipeline is at all times correctly reflecting all the sales-opportunities• Ensures that sales-opportunities are correctly brought in the risk management process• Leads or participates in the account-planning process when relevant• Ensures that customer satisfaction is always a top priority and initiates any actions needed to bring customer satisfaction to the highest level• Participates in periodical sales/pipeline calls• Identifies customer needs in his territory and feed-back those needs to the TTS organization for new-offers to be developed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Working with and influence senior business executives• Deep knowledge of transformational technology projects and the TTS competitive landscape• Proven track record of building strong working-relationships internally and externally on several levels in sales, and delivery organizations• Strong customer relationship skills• A “can-do” mentality looking for solutions• Situational leadership and motivational skills• Deep understanding of datacentre transformation, application platforming, workplace migrations and IT service integration.• Willingness to travel
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong experience and proven back-ground in sales of IT-services, -products and IT-technologies• Academic/Bachelor work and think-level• Strong commercial attitude and drive• Strong analytical skills turning in to actions• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
