To expand our Codman Neurovascular business, we are hiring for a

Sales Representative (Neurovascular) (m/f)

Overall responsibility:

Provides expert clinical product- and technical assistance and trainings to health care professionals on the effective use of Codman Neurovascular systems and catheter equipment during case procedures within Austria.

Detailed tasks:

  • Educate customers on all neurovascular products to optimize effective usage by providing technical and clinical information and in-service trainings

  • Responsible for sales target achievement in Austria

  • Develop and grow customer relationships with KOLs, physicians, nurses, technicians, clinical and hospital administrators

  • Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders and use the network to best possibly achieve targets

  • Conduct thorough market data analysis as basis for decisions, identification of sales opportunities and market development as well as ensure consistent reporting

  • Attend national and international congresses to keep your expert knowledge up to date, represent Johnson & Johnson and develop your network


  • University degree in natural- or engineering science (i.e. medical, chemistry, pharmacy) or similar

  • 3-5 years Medical Device sales experience, extensive and recent experience in neurovascular environment and broad knowledge of vascular anatomy

  • Successful track record in sales

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead and guide physicians through complex procedures

  • Ability to initiate and drive projects from development through to implementation and completion

  • Positive thinking and solution oriented approach

  • Can do attitude and high level of self-drive

  • Problem solver who can think critically in high pressure environments

  • Excellent English and German language skills

  • Willingness to travel (approximately 70%)

We offer excellent conditions of employment and possibilities for further career growth within our company. For this position we are offering an annual gross salary starting at 50.000 EUR (excl. variable component). Depending on your skills, qualifications and experience this can be negotiated.
