As a Senior Client Results Executive (CRE), you will develop and manage a holistic approach to a key client relationship including the business relationship, operations and delivery, economic performance and integration with Cerner across all venues and levels. You will ultimately responsible for understanding the business at large so that the relationship, solutions and associated revenue stream translate into profit and value for both the client and Cerner.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the overall client relationship and profitability of the client with Cerner; developing a strategy of scale (big picture) to grow the breadth and depth of relationships; providing the connection and thought leadership between the client's business strategies and Cerner's core values proposition; being accountable for \"Top Line\" growth and overall expense reduction; providing executive oversight into engagements so that delivery dates are met and ensures value is being delivered to the client as committed; acting as an advocate on behalf of the client as necessary; and continuously growing the reference ability of the client(s) and positively impacting how the client communicates the value of its relationship with Cerner in all venues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare related field

  • Prior consulting, project management, and/or installed client relationship experience

  • Healthcare IT industry knowledge

  • Fluent communication skills in German and English

  • Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities

  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes and approach

  • Successful sales track record of Health Care IT

  • Executive-level, strategic consulting experience (ability to own senior-exec-level, major client relationships)

  • Demonstrated results in leading a team preferred

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows

Salary : The minimum salary is based in the applicable collective agreement of \"Consultancy and IT“ (=IT KV) category ST2, Level „Erfahrungsstufe“, minimum 3.904 EUR.
