About Oracle’s HCM applications:
We are looking to add functional Consultants of all levels of
experience to the quickly growing HCM Applications Team to work on projects
implementing the full range of Oracle HCM Products and specifically HCM Fusion Cloud/Taleo
(Core HR, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting
& Onboarding, …). This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of
the Oracle Consulting Services transformation to SaaS Cloud Services.
Prague (or Vienna)
Supporting customers throughall phases of the implementation project lifecycle, including postproduction optimization activities.
Supporting the execution,controlling and closing of successful talent management projects on-timeand on budget through completion of project delivery tasks assigned byproject managers relative to an approved project plan and agreed upondelivery timeframe.
Running workshop sessionsanalyzing client requirements and recommending future state process andsolution design.
Leading, facilitating and consultingon HCM Applications best practices.
Meet or exceed expectations forbillable utilization targets, internal project PMO deliverables, customersatisfaction and professional development goals/training plans.
Continually develop deep HCMApplications functional knowledge to enable the development of innovativesolutions or workarounds to solution gaps by leveraging existingfunctionality.
Project management on largerprojects limited to supporting planning activities, upkeep of projectdocumentation, Project management on smaller engagements.
Works on problems of moderatescope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a varietyof factors.
Exercises judgment withindefined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Works with technical ProjectManagers
Presenting solutions to smalland large audiences.
Preferably holds a professionalqualification.
Strong awareness as eitherend-user or implementation consultant of eBusiness Suite HCM, HCM Cloud orTaleo.
5-8 years of experiencerelevant to this position
Undergraduate degree orequivalent experience
Good knowledge and fieldexperience HCM area
Product or technical expertiserelevant to practice focus
SaaS experience is particularlyvaluable
Ability to communicateeffectively.
Recent project life-cycleexperience.
Ability to build relationshipswith team members and clients
Entrepreneurial mindset to growbusiness in Central and Eastern Europe
Preferably holds a professionalqualification
Fluent in English & Czechor Slovak Language
Fluent in German language ispreferred
Experience with working withoffshore locations is an advantage
Attitude to work with aninternational project team of high qualified professionals
Availability to work atcustomer’s locations in the Czech Republic, in the Slovak Republic andalso in other European countries

An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.
